Plots and allocation

Make the next plot decision easier to see.

Follow a plot from estate context to reservation, allocation, client relationship, and land-sale record—without losing the state that matters.

Plot review record

An illustration of how a mapped plot and its record can be reviewed together, using example data rather than a customer record.

Survey and approvals

New-plot review can check declared CRS, polygon validity, estate containment, and overlap against approved plots in the scoped approval path.

The allocation path

A plot changes hands through a visible sequence.

Start with availability. Keep the reviewer and client context close. Let the record explain where the work stands next.

  1. Step 1

    Inspect availability

See the current plot status and the estate context before the next step.

  2. Step 2

    Reserve or submit

Record a reservation or route the proposed change into the appropriate review path.

  3. Step 3

    Review the decision

The right role sees the plot, people, and details needed for the action.

  4. Step 4

    Continue from the record

Allocation, client, and land-sale views reflect the accepted outcome.

What stays connected

Keep the plot, client, review, and money context together.

Clear inventory

List and map views show the details needed for the task without turning a plot record into an unreadable dossier.

Pole records operational information; it does not establish external land truth.

Reservation checks

Reservation work checks the current plot state before a change is recorded.

Teams still review the record before relying on any outcome outside Pole.

Visible movement

Cancellation, review, revocation, allocation, and sold-state work remain attached to the plot story.

The actions available depend on the current record and the role using it.

Client context

Connect reservations and allocations to the right client relationship without opening private portal information to staff by default.

Client access is deliberately narrower than a staff workspace.

Spatial review

Bring the ground context into the decision.

For supported plot review, Pole brings declared coordinate information and the current estate record into the same decision view.

Coordinate context
Source zone, datum, hemisphere, units, and axis information stay visible. Unclear coordinates need correction rather than a guess.
Plot shape
The review can assess the submitted shape before it becomes part of the operating record.
Estate boundary
The proposed plot is reviewed against the current estate boundary in the record.
Existing plots
The review can compare a proposed plot with the approved plots already in view.
